New Year Collection – FAQ
Do the session credits expire?
Most credits are valid for 2–3 years depending on the product purchased. Newborn credits do not expire, but must be used for the qualifying due date window listed in the product description (if applicable). All expiration details are listed inside each product description.
Can I gift my New Year Collection purchase?
Yes. All New Year Collection credits may be gifted or transferred with written approval. Leave a note at checkout or email us and we’ll send a printable gift certificate.
Are these purchases refundable?
No. All New Year Collection purchases are final, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash. Because these offers are limited and pre-purchased, credits cannot be exchanged for other sales or promotions.
Can I use a credit for a different type of session?
Credits must be used for the exact session type purchased. For example, Mini Passes cannot be used for newborns or boudoir, and Newborn specials cannot be applied to other session types. All applicable details are listed in each product description.
Do the credits ever lose their value?
No. Credits retain their full purchased value until used or until their stated expiration date (if applicable). Credits cannot be cashed out or refunded.
How do I schedule a pre-purchased session?
When you’re ready, simply email us at hello@husbandandwifephoto.com. We’ll review available dates together and apply your credit automatically.
How do Mini Pass codes work?
After purchasing a Mini Pass, you’ll receive a unique code by email. When you book a mini from our seasonal calendar, enter your code in the coupon field and your pass will automatically apply.
Can I transfer or gift a Mini Pass?
Yes. Mini Passes may be gifted or transferred with written approval and must be used within the 3-year validity window.
Do newborn sessions work differently?
Yes. If a newborn offer is tied to specific due date months, it must be redeemed within the qualifying due date window listed in the product description to receive the New Year Collection offer. The credit itself does not expire, but promotional terms apply only to the stated due date window (if applicable).
Will you remind me to use my credit?
We always try to remind clients during seasonal announcements, but we recommend saving your receipt, marking your calendar, or setting a reminder so you don’t forget to schedule.
