Maternity Session Questions + Answers

How do I book my maternity session?

The best way to inquire is to fill out the contact form, send an email to contact@husbandandwifephoto.com or call 913.687.2690. Sessions are not fully considered “booked” until a contract has been signed and retainer paid. The deposit is 50% of the session fee chosen with the remaining balance due the day of your session.

When should I book my maternity session?

We recommend booking as soon as possible! The earlier you book, the more availability we have. Between 30-33 weeks is the ideal date range to schedule. The thought behind this is you are still comfortable through your session. We can always adjust if needed after booking. You also get your photos back in time to share before babies arrival in this time frame!

What do we wear to our sessions?

While we do have a growing client closet, we also have an amazing interactive styling guide we will send out upon booking that will help you style yourself and entire family if needed! It will show you what is in our client closet as well as provide active links to suggested outfits in complimentary colors for your session.

Where will our session take place?

We have so many favorite locations all over KC and the surrounding areas! We are always happy to recommend a spot if you don’t already have a location in mind and are always up for new location ideas too! Our West Bottoms studio is always an option as a location as well!
