We’re Josh & Terri — the heart behind Husband & Wife Photography
(and yes, we’re still married after building a business together for 15 years!)

Since 2009, we’ve had the absolute joy of photographing wild toddlers, teary-eyed vows, growing bellies, and all the beautiful, chaotic in-between moments that make life so good.

We’re based in Kansas City but always up for a road trip (especially if it ends in golden hour magic). Our style? Real, storytelling-driven, and full of connection. We believe the best photos aren’t always perfectly posed — they’re the ones that feel like you.

When we’re not behind the camera, we’re raising two awesome girls, chauffeuring them to cheer, soccer, and volleyball, and getting dragged out the door faster than we meant to by our Great Danes. Josh is usually tending to the 100+ houseplants Terri keeps bringing home or sneaking away to golf, while Terri’s probably lost in a good book (or browsing for another plant).

We met in high school, crossed paths in a college photography class, and bonded over vintage cameras and black-and-white film — which still has our hearts. We moved from Bloomington, Indiana to Kansas City in 2009 and have been capturing life here ever since.
